01 / From tool to environment
Intelligence is moving away from a single destination and into the background of documents, devices, rooms and routines. The important change is not only greater capability, but fewer visible moments in which a person decides to invoke it.
智能正从一个需要主动前往的工具，进入文档、设备、空间与日常的背景。真正重要的变化不只是能力增强，而是人主动调用它的可见时刻逐渐减少。
02 / Personal context becomes infrastructure
Systems become useful by remembering preference, history, relationships and unfinished intention. Personal context is no longer an optional profile layer; it becomes part of the operating infrastructure of assistance.
系统通过记住偏好、历史、关系与尚未完成的意图而变得有用。个人语境不再只是可选的资料层，而逐渐成为智能协助的基础设施。
03 / Consent after the interface disappears
Opening an app, selecting a file and pressing a button once made consent visible. When intelligence is ambient, good design must create new forms of awareness without returning every decision to the user.
打开应用、选择文件和按下按钮曾让同意变得可见。当智能进入环境，设计必须创造新的知情方式，同时避免把所有决定重新推回给使用者。
04 / The private self is not a dataset
A system may represent a person through stored signals, but a life remains more than what can be inferred from behaviour. Useful personalisation needs room for revision, contradiction and the right not to be predicted.
系统可以通过行为信号描述一个人，但生活永远多于可被推断的数据。真正有用的个性化必须允许修改、矛盾，以及不被预测的权利。

The more intelligence disappears into the background, the more legible its boundaries must become.
Convenience should not depend on making the person opaque to themselves. The next generation of useful systems will need more than permission screens: they will need visible memory, revisable inference, meaningful forgetting and spaces in which assistance deliberately stops.
便利不应以让人无法理解自身处境为代价。下一代真正有用的系统需要的不只是权限页面，还需要可见的记忆、可修改的推断、有意义的遗忘，以及智能协助主动停止的空间。
